Camera historique bug

Bonjour 

depuis début avril je ne peux plus lire les vidéos dans l’historique, l’application bloque et on voit l’icône chargement qui tourne à l’infini . Depuis avril je sollicite le support mais il me pose toujours les mêmes questions et ça n’avance pas . Ils ont même une vidéo qui prouve le problème ainsi que dès lien d’autre personnes qui rencontre le même problème mais il ne veulent pas gérer, il ne répondent même plus au mail . le support Google est nul de chez nul par rapport au support nest dans le temps. Ce qui est fou c’est que ça fonctionne très bien sur un android, comme c’est des téléphones Apple il ne veulent pas géré. J’ai vu qu’il y avait d’autre personne sur la communauté et sur reddit qui avait le même problème. A tous ceux qui on le problème, pouvez-vous contacter le support pour les faire bouger car il disent tous le temps que je suis le seul à avoir ce problème, pour info j’ai testé sur plusieurs ios Apple et iPad et toujours le problème .. j’espère sincèrement que Apple sortira des camera pour concurrencer Google car ça devient vraiment lamentable

No, I still have the problem, it hasn't worked for two months now, if I could have the previous version that worked it would be good

Google support that handles the problem is not very responsive

Yet on the same network I have an android that works very well, so it's at the level of the last update of the application that it no longer works

Can you move them or send me the previous version via the testflight application?

Sorry for the trouble. We don't have a capability to return your device to the previous version once it has been updated. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?

Yes, everything has been done several times, the problem does not come from my side but on the latest update, but Google does not want to

Recognize it and let the problem drag on

Again on Windows 10 no problem and on android either

It's that on the nest iOS app

The Google home iOS app works well

As you can see, several people complain about the problem

Google is waiting to have half of its users to react?

Please update your app as there was an update that rolled out. Let us now if you are still having this issue after updating and restarting your cam.

Bonjour 

il y a une amélioration depuis la nouvelle mise à jour mais de temps en temps le chargement est encore trop long , vous êtes sur la bonne voie mais il faut continuer à chercher pour rendre l’application accessible comme c’était le cas  avant que vous ne basculez la version défectueuse 

je me suis renseigné chez d’autre utilisateurs et il rencontre le même problème donc elle n’est pas tout à fait stable mais y a du progrès
