Camera history upload issues

Hi, about a week ago my Google Floodlight cameras and indoor (wired) cameras starting having issues with video history (doorbell camera is OK). Only some videos make the history timeline, they are truncated to less than 10 seconds regardless of length. I can see all videos in the Full History, but the only ones that play are the same ones available in the timeline (only 10 see or less). I've confirmed with Google my subscription is valid. There only suggestion was to reboot or reset the cameras which I can't do since they are remote. Live view works fine, notifications are working, just the upload to the cloud started having issues recently. My internet isn't the fastest, but was working perfectly with Googles products for months. I've done a bunch of setting changes to see if anything works to no avail.  Any advice/suggestions are appreciated!

Hey Tuv,

 

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network? Also, have you tried turning off and on the camera using the Google Home app to see if that helps?
