I talked to Google home today about the history of videos 4 hours on the phone, started a new subscription with one of my cameras and was told it's my wifi when I use my phone data. I would never buy anything from Google again!!! I have nest aware 1st generation and it works fine. What's up with Google home? I have 3 battery. 1 indoor, and the floodlight camera and all of them are doing the same thing.
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, can you see any events detected from your events history? What are the steps you've taken so far? What is the light status of your Nest Camera? Try restarting your Nest Cameras and your Wifi network. Let us know how it goes.
Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, do you have the 1st gen of Nest Aware subscription? The 1st gen of Nest Aware can be applied to only one Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell while the 2nd gen can be applied to the whole home structure. That means, it'll cover all of your Nest devices under that home. Let us know if you have other questions in mind.
