Camera history

I have a subunit still only saves 3 hrs of history

I am guessing you mean "subscription" rather than "subunit". Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera? You can check which subscription you have by connecting to your Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Nest app or Google Home app and going to Settings | Nest Aware. If you have an older camera, you can select it in the Google Nest app and go to Settings | Nest Aware to see what subscription applies to the camera. If you have a newer camera, you can select it in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history to see what subscription applies to the camera.
