Camera is charged and still shows not charged.

I have a pair of outdoor nest cameras. They have both been charged completely. One of them is on while plugged in but the moment I disconnect it, it says, “camera unavailable. Couldn’t reach this camera”. It  won’t turn on or connect.  Any solution for this?

When plugged in, it’s blue.  After disconnecting it, the light turns off and the camera doesn’t turn back on even after reset.

By reset, do you mean these steps?

  1. Plug the camera into a power source.
  2. Locate the reset button on the back of the camera head.
  3. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
  4. Your camera will restart, and the status light will be steady, solid white.

That’s exactly what I did. But Every time I unplug it, it just turns off and device shows not found or charged. Will not turn  on after unplugging it.
