If you're talking about the Google Nest Camera (Battery), there are a few other posts in this forum about problems charging the Google Nest Camera (Battery) (including one post where the magnetic connector broke). We've had one of these cameras since September 2021, plugged in at all times with the optional power cable, and it stays charged. Is your charging cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? If it is, you may need to try contacting Google Nest Support.
