Dear,
I created by accident 2 accounts. 1 for my nest smoke detectors and 1 for the camera a year later.
I want to put all devices on 1 account but can't get connected to this one to delete it on that account.
Any idea how to solve this mess ???

Hi TR, I'm an end user as well. I think what you have to do is this:
#1 You can "remove" the camera from the App even though you can't connect to it. Go like you are looking at the camera and go into the settings and scroll down and REMOVE the device.
#2 You have to perform a full factory reset so that you can register the camera to the new account. Here are the instructions. Make sure you do the full factory reset.
