Nest battery camera's have been offline for 12 hrs. They are plugged in with power cord. Tried reconnecting from app no luck. Wifi network is working. No lights showing on camera's.

Some customers in this forum have reported problems because either their USB plug wasn't seated firmly in the bottom of the camera and wasn't making contact, or they didn't have the power cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera. We've had a battery camera for 23 months, plugged in with the optional power cable, and it stays online.
