I’m resetting up an outdoor camera, I need to connect it to my laptop to complete the setup, but cannot get the nest app to download, is there another way of doing this, also it doesn’t find my Wi-Fi network once I’ve scanned the barcode or entered the 6 figure number

Hi Jimch,

I'm sorry to hear if you're having trouble setting up your Nest camera. Aside from connecting it to your laptop, you need to reset the Nest camera to the factory default. You can also set up your Nest camera using the Nest app from your phone.
