My nest video doorbell haa suddenly changed its view. It is looking about 6 feet higher than previous. It has not been moved, hit, etc. I can find no setting to change this.
Have you accidentally set your Nest Hello's camera into "Enhance" view? If you have, the little box with just corners in the lower left corner of your video feed will have a minus sign (-) in it. You can click the box to take it out of "Enhance" mode.
