Camera won’t charge.

I am trying to find a phone number to call to place a warranty claim. My outdoor camera will not charge. I seem to go in circles trying to do this online.

Any help would be appreciated. It is only 8 months old.

Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry to hear that your Nest Camera (battery) stops charging. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: when did the issue start? What’s the status light of the camera? Is it exposed to extreme temperatures? Where is it located? Also, how does it feel (warm, hot, normal or cold)? 
 

Give these steps a try:

• Use a clean, dry cotton swab to clean off any dirt build up on the Pogo connector.
• Plug it into another power outlet.
• Check if there’s any damage on the power cord.
• Factory reset your camera.
