When somebody comes up to my door and uses the doorbell it shows a black screen on my hub in the house. It reboots and then says there's no signal. After the hub reboots it goes to the pictures settings like the gallery. And then I have to manually put it back onto the camera. If I'm not home and I look in my phone it says the camera is offline because it's rebooting?

He ShellyP,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response.
Just to confirm, when someone pushes the doorbell button of your Nest Hello doorbell, it reboots, right? When did this start happening? Also, is this the wired or the battery one? It would also be awesome if you could provide a rundown of the steps that you've tried so we can pick up from where you've left off.
Best,
Melba

Hi, so my doorbell is wired outside to the doorbell inside. All legit. I had it installed. I'm guessing this problem started probably 6 Months ago. I just wasn't sure what to do? I haven't tried any troubleshooting with it because I wouldn't know where to start

Hey there,
Gotcha — could it be that it is your Nest Hello that is rebooting when someone presses on it's button that's why you Nest Hub shows black then 'No signal' message? If yes, could you ensure that the transformer where your doorbell is wired to is running on the right voltage? It should be between 16 to 24 V AC (North America)
or 12 to 24 V AC (Global). It's best to do this using a multimeter. Also, if you’re uncomfortable working with electrical wiring, you can have a local pro installer do it for you.
