I erased all my known faces on my doorbell camera and now I can't reassign the names back to the faces. It keeps saying person and b4 it would say unknown face and let me assign a face. Thank u.

1. What type of Nest Camera are you using?
2. What app are you using for your familiar faces?
3. Is this happening to all known faces?
