Cameras spinning. Not loading. Retry etc Solved

Just to let anyone know that has the new nest camera as opposed to the old black ones. I was having problems for a year trying to get the newer cameras 24 seven record option to load. We finally solve this problem by having to upgrade our Internet and go with a new provider to 5K gig service with frontier in Florida.  Be warned that if you do purchase these cameras and you do have 24 seven continuous record that it will require higher Internet speeds. We had a Xfinity originally at their max speed and still wouldn't work. Now it appears all cameras are working and you can scroll through and actually see everything rather than having cameras be off-line and jump around and never being able to see the full continuous record playback.  
had no problem with the five older cameras I guess maybe they use less bandwidth? But the newer cameras no way. So be prepared to spend some money. If you want the cameras to work for 24 seven continuous record you're gonna have to upgrade your Internet, more than likely. That's the only thing that solved our problem.
