Can’t connect nest cemera to my new Wi-Fi

I changed my Wi-Fi router, I tried to add it, but can’t connect it.

I cannot either or the Smoke detectors have followed all directions for both... Hopefully someone will reply

Did you perform a factory reset on your camera to clear the Wi-Fi settings (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162) before trying to reinstall it?
