Our nest cam used a wrong face on an event, and we can’t remove the wrongly used face from the event.
I do not want to add or edit a face in the familiar face library; the face in the library is correct. I’d like to edit the actual event itself. The reason is that the camera recorded the event incorrectly using a face from my familiar face library, but this is inaccurate as I've never seen this face before. It's not the person the camera thought it detected. However, the event is listed under that person's name and has the face attached to the event, so my question is, how can I resolve this? How can I fix the event's name and remove the face attached to the event? I don't see any options to edit this.
