Can't find a NC2400ES camera magnetic mount

I have a NC2400ES camera. Unfortunately the magnetic mount was lost during a recent move. I have scoured the internet for some way of getting a replacement and have come up short. I tried Google chat, and their response was "sorry that's out of warranty, check out other retailers". I DID check out other retailers, that's why I went through the pain of waiting forever to chat with someone online at Google. Please help.

Sorry to hear that your camera mount is lost after your move, I know I would be feeling similarly if I had lost my camera mount. Unfortunately, if your device is no longer under warranty, we cannot offer a replacement for parts. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Right, I'm not asking for a free replacement. I'm willing to purchase one, but there are none available anywhere. There aren't even third-party options for it. The only solution is to buy a whole new camera?

I know that's not your decision or have any influence over Google's thought process, but that is not the best support process.

I can definitely understand what you're going through, and I would suggest checking other retailers to replace the device. I am afraid, with the device being out of warranty, we aren't able to replace it. Sorry for this inconvenience.
