Can't get nest doorbell off door frame

Can't unhook nest doorbell from the door frame. Little gadget not working. What do I do?

You should be able to  use a small flat blade screwdriver as well. But I'd keep trying the supplied tool. YouTube it to make sure you are using it correctly.
