Why can’t I hear the ring/chime on my iPhone when someone rings my doorbell?

Hey Magakabnb, 

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. 

Your Nest doorbell (battery) will only ring or chime on your Google Nest speakers and displays however, it will send notifications to your phone through your Google Home app. If you're not receiving these notifications, please try the steps below to ensure they're enabled. 

1. Open the Home app .
2. On the home screen, tap your camera.
3. Tap Settings .
4. Select Notifications.
