Can't log into Nest Account

For the last several weeks, I have been unable to log into my Nest app via the iOS app and the Web interface. I migrated to the google account well over a year ago so my previous nest credentials won't work either. After logging in with Google credentials, the account appears to log into Nest then cycles back to the log-in screen over and over... endless cycle of logging in but no access to the Nest App. 

Any suggestions would be great! I just had my car broken into and the footage is needed for my insurance & police report.

Same. I haven't been able to access my Nest account for a year or so, but they're still taking my money.

Thank you for posting here in the community. I'm sorry that you're having inconvenience logging into your Nest account. I understand how frustrating it can be. But don't worry; let me help you.

For this situation on your phone, try to uninstall, then reinstall the Nest app. This can often resolve login issues. For the web, try to accept all third-party cookies or specifically from https://goo.gle/35BxQSE and try again. Also, please try to clear cache on the Nest app and the browser.
