Can’t log into app and not getting password email

In the last 24 hours, unable to access the app. Try to open the Nest app and prompt me for my ID and password… Which is auto saved with Face ID app did not recognize it. Tried the reset option. It never sends me the emails. I can’t find a phone number to call someone. I can see my cameras in the Google app but not all my recordings are there. I need to access the Nest app where I have six cameras at two different locations.

Are you certain that you are using the same Google Account to log into the Google Nest app that you're using (successfully) to log into the Google Home app?

You may need to speak directly with a google tech person on this issue.  Here is the link to open a support ticket.  Once you answer the questions you will be given the chance to do an on-line chat or speak with someone.

Have you made sure that you are logging in to the correct account? Also, have you tried to speak directly with our phone support as per EmptyNester's advise?
