I bought my nest camera (battery) a week ago and signed up for the subscription. Everything was working fine until this morning when I'm not able to watch event clips. I get the error message: 'This video isn't available yet. Check back later.'
I get this error message even for events that happened a few minutes ago.

Hello Cynthia and Pooh. I'm having the same problem. This make this product almost unusable. This has to be one of the worse product releases in history because of this and about 12 other problems I'm running into.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. First off, I have some questions I’d like to ask you.
Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

How do you do a factory reset? My videos aren’t playing back
