It run out few weeks ago but my card details had expired. There is nothing in my subscriptions or purchases anywhere.

Unlike other vendors, Google Nest does not seem to do much in the way of notifying us of subscription renewals, or of giving us a way to follow up if our credit card expires.
I suspect you may have lost any history you had and will have to re-purchase a Nest Aware subscription, but you could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
