I currently have 4 NEST cameras on a NEST App/Account and one Google Nest Indoor Camera that is on a separate Google Home App/Account. Yesterday we upgraded all my Ubiquity Mesh points, router, point to point, etc. After doing this of course everything that was wireless had to be reconnected. All 5 of my cameras went offline. I tried starting with my Google Nest Indoor 2nd Gen. From reading online there is no reset on it but just to unplug it and start over. When I do this it goes from a blinking white light right to a green light like its online. I've removed it from my account/app as advised and have tried unplugging it and starting over a dozen times but each time it never goes to the blue light to connect. Please help.

The 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera (we have one) DOES have a reset button:
"Locate the reset hole on the bottom of the camera head. It’s between the power cord and the camera neck."
It's only some 1st gen Google Nest cameras that do NOT have a reset button, as noted in this Help topic. For those, unfortunately the only way to perform a factory reset is to remove them from the Google Nest app while still on your old Wi-Fi network.
However, for some of those older cameras, you may be able in the Google Nest app to go to Settings | Home info | Home Wi-Fi help and change your Wi-Fi settings there. I've never done that, but this may also need to be performed while on the old Wi-Fi network.
That's why Google Nest's first recommendation when changing Wi-Fi networks is to set the network name (SSID) and password on the new router/modem to the same values used on the old router/modem.

***UPDATE*** So, the advice given about just unplugging this camera and that is all you have to do to reset it is FALSE. There is a reset button hole on the back side of the camera near where the camera mount is. I used a paper clip to reset it and all is well.

Unplugging the 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera for 10 seconds are the "Restart" instructions, not the "Factory reset" instructions. Unfortunately, they are both in the same Help topic and are therefore often confused.
