Do you have a Nest aware subscription?

Have a look at the Google Nest help center link below for more information about what your camera will record with or without a Google Nest aware subscription.

@tinhtran thanks for reaching out and bringing this concern to our attention. To confirm, what type of Nest camera do you have? Is it the battery or wired type? You may check the link that Cathal_S shared if you're interested in subscribing to Nest Aware to record the events.
