Can’t see history??

For some reason my camera won’t show my history past three hours ago without “google home premium.”  Didn’t have this issue before today, I guess. Not helpful to have a camera that won’t save history. Can I fix this or is it time to get a new doorbell camera?

Did you have a free 30-day trial Nest Aware (now renamed "Google Home Premium") subscription that just ran out?  Without a Nest Aware subscription, Google Nest's 2nd gen cameras and doorbells only provide event video history for the most recent 3 hours.  That's always been true.  (We've had a 2nd gen battery camera since Sept. 2021.)

I agree with Mpls, the only way to have had more than 3 hours of history was if you had paid subscription or you just bought camera and were on a 30 day free trial. The default without paying is 3 hours on most devices.
