Can't set up neat indoor wired gen 2 camera

Hi

when I try to set up my new camera I get to the stage to create a new network for devices. This is the only nest device I have but when I try to create a network the response is "something went wrong. Try again later"!

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on. A few questions: are you on iPhone or Android? What’s the color of the LED status light? Also, how far is the device from the router?

Try to reboot your Wi-Fi router, force close and reopen the app and reboot your Nest Cam (indoor, wired).
