Can’t use Nest Aware records. Like doorbell cam doesn’t know I subscribe.

I have been billed for a Nest Aware annual subscription, but when I try to see any video, all I get is the live feed. No days or even hours in the past. No place to opt for face recognition, package or any other promised features. When I click on the Aware link in the app, I get the offer to subscribe. I’ve looked at several older threads here and have tried some suggestions, like restarting the app, using the web app, restarting my iPad, all to no avail. What can I do besides cancel?
