When I go to 'full history' I see a list of events. However if I select one it won't play and I get a black screen saying 'no event detected'. Clearly something was recorded because in the full history there are moving thumbnails.
Thanks for the help!

Sadly this is a software bug that google refuses to acknowledge. There are many of us begging for a fix, google is dragging their feet. There is no work around since the issue is a streaming bug

Well that's a bummer, kind of makes paying for Nest aware not worth it.
Is there a workaround known where you get to watch more of the history?

I regularly have this issue, including the 24/7 video will be missing saying check back later, really really annoying. I also have videos that I cannot download and Google confirmed this is a known issue, but only for Android devices, they told me to hold a phone over the phone with the video and manually record, it really is quite unbelievable. Then I was told to get an iOS device and it would work fine to download the event because it works. Wow!

what response? Sorry for the delayed response I know how frustrating that can be? That’s not a response to consumers issues. This is an on going continuing issue. Where is the expert guidance? Where is corporate acknowledgment of the software bug? And yes our wifi works, yes we have uninstalled and reinstalled. Video buffers non stop, that is a server streaming issue. So no there is no solution. But we have tiktok as our newest thing on the hub

Same view, latest update hasn't solved the issues, have had many days that there is also still the missing 24/7 data, it shows up in chunks and then in a day or so you can go back and everything is there, this is clearly a backend issue. Also the inability to download clips longer than approximately 3 minutes on Android devices is really not great, telling me to use an iOS device is no good. The problems just continue, please put us back on the Nest App, it's far superior, so frustrating
So Google, YES we still have issues otherwise we would have responded otherwise. I have a ticket open and still no feedback, these bot like responses aren't providing confidence.
