I cannot access my old Nest account in order to remove the three cameras I have. We did a house remodel and now I need to add the cameras onto my Gmail account with Nest. When I scan the QR code on the camera it will not let me add the cameras onto my account

I’m having this same issue. Trying to add my new floodlight to the rest of the house and it says my other devices are not connected to this account?

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged.
I am sorry to see that y'all are having this issue! Are you getting any errors? Or it just isn't loading? Are you sure that you are logged into the same account? And is the account an established Nest/Google account? Or is this a new account you are adding your devices too?
Please let me know! I know I asked a million questions.
