Cannot connect with 2nd phone and tablet

I bought 3 Google Nest cameras. I have set up the 1st camera successfully on my mobile, but cannot set up for my partner's mobile. 

a) Do I need to Add Device on my partner's mobile?

b) Or  use my 1st phone that is running the NEST HOME app and go into the HOME SETTINGS and select the HOUSEHOLD option and then click the "+ Invite Person" button?

What do I do  next after sending the invitation?

Thanks for chiming in and I appreciate your help @MplsCustomer. I would suggest you use option B. The person you invite will receive an email with instructions to be a Family member. For detailed steps and requirements, check this article on how to Share a home and devices in the Google Home app.
