Cannot set up my camera

Hi, I purchased a doorbell, hub and six net cameras(battery-powered). I’ve set up my doorbell and four cameras without any issues. However, I cannot set up the last two. I've rebooted the cameras and restarted my phone and wifi. Nothing is improving. Would you please help me to solve the problem? Thanks!
