We have our doorbell installed for quite sometime now. It wasn't until recently that when seeing live view the app would give a super high pitch noise that does not go away. This noise does not matter where you open the app, even if you are far away from the doorbell the high pitch noise still exists. What are the solutions? This noise is unbearable that causes headache and nausia while trying to just simply do liveview. Even trying to turn down the volume on the phone does not help at all. Hope someone comes up with a solution soon

Are you talking about the audio feedback that occurs when you try to view a camera's live stream with a mobile device that is within sound range of the camera and its microphone? Does this occur if you are away from home or on a different floor in your home?
If it's not that, then if you have the new 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell you must be within the 1-year-warranty and could contact Support to determine if you have a defective doorbell: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Thanks for the response. This occurs either I'm home or away from home. And just confirmed it's actually a Nest Hello so not sure what I can do now

Hi folks,
I’m sorry for the trouble here. No worries, we’ll sort this out — a few questions: when did the issue start? Has the camera been exposed to outdoor weather? Has the camera suffered any drops or impacts? Is the camera exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time? Also, is the camera in a case or housing?
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Let me know if that helps.
I appreciate your help here, MplsCustomer.
Thanks,
JT

Hey FrustrateNester,
It's me again. I want to make sure you're all good — did those steps work?
