How do we switch the owner of these devices to someone else in the house? Owner has moved out and is happy to switch ownership to someone else but we can't work out how.

Hello Critgbtg,
Thanks for posting here in the Community and for sharing your concern with us. What we would recommend you to do is to tell the previous owner to remove the Nest devices from their own account. Then, you reset them to the factory default and add them to your app with your own account. Hit this link for more information.
