Changed network provider and got new router cannot physical access my nest mounted outdoor that o'n top of the house because of no ladder how do I change my Wi-Fi settings within my camera app when I cannot get to the camera please help

Hi Jeffwilliamson4,
Is it possible for you to use the same SSID and password on your new WiFi router as you had on your old one? Then all your previously set up devices would reconnect automatically.
Or maybe you could set up a mobile device hotspot with the old router's network information so that you can connect with the camera and change it?
