Changed wifi - now my doorbells are offline

I changed my internet provider. Now my doorbells are offline.

Using the instructions, I tried to update my wifi, but the nest app cannot connect. I get the error NC024

Not sure where to go from here, as I don't want to take the doorbells off the frames.

Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings on its cameras and doorbells. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new Wi-Fi router/modem to the same values used on your old Wi-Fi router/modem (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711).

(Using the Google Nest app to update Wi-Fi settings works for some older 1st gen cameras and doorbells, but you have to do it BEFORE switching to your new Wi-Fi network.)

If you can't set your network name and password to your old values, then you have to do a factory reset in order to reinstall them. Unfortunately, for the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, that requires removing your doorbell from its base:

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, not what I wanted to hear. Since the old value for network id has the provider name I'm not sure I want to reset. I'll have to ruminate on this awhile.
