Charging doorbell.

I only partially charged the doorbell camera yesterday to 69% today I thought I'd fully charge it. When I plugged it in to charge nothing happens. 

Any idea what might be happening.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. It takes approximately five hours to fully charge the battery of your Nest Doorbell using a compatible 7.5W AC adapter (sold separately). To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Doorbell? Have you tried charging it to a different wall outlet? Have you tried using a different USB cord?
