I recently moved and purchased a new home and like many I forgot to take the Chime Connector out of the old home. Is there a way for me to get a replacement? What are my options if any. I'd appreciate any help.
I don't need the physical chime to work and am happy to disconnect it but I have read various guidance on how to wire around the chime and am not clear on what my safe options are.

Hey paulrolson,
Thanks for being here in the Google Nest Community.
Let's see — could you tell us when and where you purchased your Nest Doorbell? Also, are you in the same country where you bought it?
Thanks,
Archie

I am afraid because your device is out of warranty, we would not be able to replace it. If you have further questions, I would suggest you reach out to Support for assistance.
Best regards,
Brad

I don't want Google to replace my device - I just want the ability to buy a part that seems to frequently get left behind based on other comments in these forums. If I can't get a replacement chime connector and no advice can be offered on how to appropriately wire my existing system so that I can power the doorbell I think I need to buy a new doorbell. Conveniently my Nest Aware subscription is up for renewal next month so I guess it is a good time to re-evaluate where I want to be spending money on cameras and the related services that are offered.
