Class Action Coming - Nest Outdoor IQ Has Known Technology Issues But Not Being Addressed By Google

After Spending Thousands of Dollars in Nest Products I continue to have hardware issues with the very expensive Outdoor IQ Cameras.  In researching the issue I have found that most IQ products are failing after 1-3 years of regular use.  So many customers have been told its out of warranty even though Google knows there is a hardware issue in the product design.  Google is not taking care of their customers.  So the only next step is to escallate into a Class Action for all of the customers who have spent lots of money on this product.  I bought 2 of the Outdoor IQ cameras and had one fail last year, and now the second one has done the same exact thing - it just will not power on.  It stopped working all on its own.  No blue light, power is fine.  Support has said they are sorry and can not help.  Well that does not work for me or the many others you see in the forums, especially when it is so clear how many people have the same exact hardware issue with the Outdoor IQ camera.  Perhaps Google will rethink a solution for its customers to this known issue, or they can expect a Class Action soon on this issue.  It is really that simple.
