Connecting Nest Doorbell to WiFi extender

Hi,

I'm trying to setup my Nest Doorbell. I use Netgear Wifi Extenders around my oddly shaped house.
My physical router is no way near my front door, however I have an extender near there that gets full WiFi reception. 

My question is how do I set the Doorbell to use the extender for the WiFi? At the moment, it won't work on my front door because I beleive it's trying to connect to my main router. Is this possible?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. 

• Do you still need help with this issue?
• If you do, I would suggest that if you can connect it to your main wifi connection, that would be best. If you cannot then you should still be able to connect to your extender. But if you have another Nest device that is connected to your main connection, then your Nest Hello Doorbell will try to connect using that device, and its connection. 
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
