Can someone advise of the customer complaint process?

Here are the steps you're looking for.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
  3. Click Other, then click Next step.
  4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
  5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Hi thanks for advising. No the guidance did not work.  I was left with the message,  Something went wrong please try again. 
it seems impossible to contact Google.

At the end of the form, did you see contact options, such as phone and chat support? Did you select one of those? Where in the process did that message appear?
