I have had multiple issues with multiple cameras not connecting, though I do have others running. I have a new camera that will not connect. For over a year and 15+ case numbers I do not have resolution. I filled out a form from the AI agent in this community with not response. I call agents and they escalate the case and I will get a response in 2-3 days. I never get a response and I never have the problem resolved. I am stuck in a vicious circle, and can not talk to an individual and can not get this resolved. A good product when it works, throw it out if it doesn't because they will not help you.
