DROP CAM Replacement

So, no more drop cams.  I don't ever remember getting an offer to replace, I searched to no avail.  SO -- is that the only way to tell if i am eligible for a replacement?  whether i am or not -- i can't seem to find out what product is recommended to replace the drop cam?

I contacted google just now, asked about how I get a replacement for my drop cam pro. They wrote back the typical bla bla, like that my camera needed to be active some time back in May to be able to get a free replacement and they mentioned that I got a email about how to get a replacement. Well, I tried to write back, telling them that my camera is running with a subscription 24/7 since almost a decade now and that I can’t find the mail they mentioned, but the mail I wrote back to them came back, saying email unknown. What a nonsense. Are those guys amateurs? My gosh, I am going to ditch that google nonsense and get me a gun and a telescope to protect my place

@Schuckan, I'm sorry for the trouble. The reason why the message you sent bounced back is because you manually type the email address of the support. For the representative to receive your message, you have to reply back to the email they sent to you. If you manually type the email address of the support, it might be delivered to a different department or person, that's also the reason why your message wouldn't go through. If ever you find the email or case number, please feel free to share it with us, as we'll be willing to help.

Those guys at google are just useless. When they saw one post here from me, they wrote a mail, asked a question and said I should write them back. Well, I wrote back but the mail bounced back, saying address unknown. Yeah right. What a bunch of idiots

I wrote everything already twice. Not sure what else do you need? I mean, my cam is obsolete in April and I asked about a free replacement. So, just send me the link where I can get one, that’s it. Isn’t too complicated? 🤷🏼‍♂️

We wanted to know what happened to your interaction with the support that emailed you about your concern so that we can take the necessary action. To confirm, did you use your same email address when you contacted us before? Just a reminder, when you reply from our email you don't need to type in our email address manually because you'll not be able to send it. All you have to do is to reply to the same email.

Hello, I've tried putting the new nest wired cameras into my cart but not discount

so i got the email with a promo code to put in and it would adjust price to $0.  it did not adjust to adjust to $j0. but gave me $50.00 off.  i asked for assistance as to why.  after several back\forth -- was told that since i didnt have a next aware account, i would only get 50%

Everyone I contacted never came back to me. I really don’t know what I should do. It seems like they try to make it as difficult as possible to get a free replacement

so, I got the same email However it told me that it would automatically adjust at check out which it did not.  It also did not adjust however gave me a reduced price.  I do have a nest aware account.
