Data recovery

  • My neighbor had a plumbing company run over their mailbox and now they are disputing that allegation. The issue is that the data is now 2 days out of our 5 day subscription.   Is it possible to recover video outside of the purchased window?

If I’m reading this correctly, the video history you’re referring to is two days past your 5-day subscription? Put another way, you are currently seven days since the event? If so, then unless you downloaded/saved the video clip during that 5-day window, unfortunately any video history at this point will be gone.

Hi Brad, thank you for the reply.  I was able to get an answer, albeit, not the answer I would like.  My 5-day subscription was the end all, and since the video was outside that window, it was unrecoverable.  

 

Either way, I learned that this community is great, and very responsive.  I appreciate your input, and help.
