my original outdoor nest cam IQ stopped working after 7 months and the replacement just stopped working as well. Support said it out of warranty and that it cannot be replaced and cannot be fixed. Their final recommendation solution is to ‘buy a new one’.

note: both of the nest cam outdoor IQ’s I bought stopped working within the first 7 months. And now the replacement stopped after 7 months. All cameras were used exactly as specified. Internet forums are abound with similar issues. This should be covered under a recall, not their warranty
super disappointed and definitely flipped me from a promoter to a detractor.
