Does Google Still replace peeling Nest Hello

The peeling of my Nest Hello has gotten significantly worse, even though it’s in an area covered from sunlight. I’ve seen a couple of forums where people mentioned that Google is offering out-of-warranty replacements for this peeling issue, considering it a defect. However, when I reached out to a representative, they said they are no longer offering this. Can someone please verify this?
