I currently have a camera doorbell that rings my indoor chimes 3 times for each press of the doorbell - I don't like that, so I'm looking for a new camera doorbell.
} I want my indoor chimes to ring only once for each doorbell press
} I want a camera doorbell that will use my existing wired chimes (2 chimes in two different locations in the house). I have a 14v-24v transformer which currently works with those two chimes.
} I don't want to use any other chimes than the ones I already have.
} I don't want to worry about using/replacing a battery.
} I want motion detection.
} I want a view that includes the top of a persons head, down to the floor of the porch (to include any packages left there).
} I need the app to allow (at least) two users (with two different email addresses) use the app.
} I do not want any subscription.
Optional wishes:
} I'd like to be able to view what the camera sees from my desktop computer as well as my cell phone.
} I would like to be able to save pictures from the camera on my cell phone and my desktop.
Does Ring have such a doorbell?

Is there no one here who can help with my question?

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. Do you still need help with this issue? I know that there's been a delay in response since you posted.
Best Regards,
Brad.

I confess that I'm disappointed in the delay; but more importantly, I had to make a decision without the benefit of the information I sought here (and in other camera doorbell "communities").
I had my "SkyBell" doorbell camera removed and my original plain old manual doorbell re-installed, because I did not feel comfortable that any camera doorbell would be worth the money to me.
There's an outside chance that I might change my mind and try another camera doorbell ... if there is one that addresses my needs and concerns.

I am afraid that these Nest Community Forums are not the place to go for direct support. You would want to reach out to Support for direct assistance. This is a place to look for advice or other information from your fellow Community Members. I am sorry for the delay! As for the features you are looking for, all I could suggest is that you provide your feedback over the app to our developers.
Best regards,
Brad.

I guess I must have misunderstood: I thought that other Ring users would be able to tell me whether the Ring camera doorbell could meet the needs I specified in my original post.

This is the Nest Community Forums, we do not offer assistance with Ring devices. Are you talking about the Nest Hello Doorbell? Or the Nest Doorbell (battery)?
Best regards,
Brad.

"This is the Nest Community Forums, we do not offer assistance with Ring devices."
Yes; "Ring" was a typo.
"Are you talking about the Nest Hello Doorbell? Or the Nest Doorbell (battery)?"
I was shopping (multiple sites) for a camera "doorbell". One of my criteria was/is that the doorbell not require a battery to run.
