Does not alert me when people are at the door

My door bell can see me everywhere in its view, but if fedex sets a package on front porch 2 feet from it, no alert. Fedex can be parked in between it and my car. No alert. If I open my garage door ( not in view) it will tell me

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you have an activity zone setup? Are your notifications enabled for people and motion under seen events? Try double checking those options and make sure they are enabled. Try turning off and on and check its behaviour.
