Don’t remember my gmail account email

After the AC problem I have disconnected the thermostat and delete my nest app, ones the AC was fixed I’m trying to recover my account but can’t remember my gmail account and until I don’t remove the add on from that account I will not be able to install it again. Please need to get nest support chat or phone number
