Dont buy any new nest stuff if you already have a google nest smart home.

I already have a bunch of Nest stuff. 3 hubs, 2 doorbell, 4 outdoor, security system, 2 smoke detectors, thermostat and several other things.  I bought 1 new nest indoor wired camera.  I hate it. Can only use on phone.  I have all my camera feeds on the nest app on the computer but not the new camera. I have 24/ 7 recording on everything but you cant view it on the phone so what good is it?  How stupid to take advantage of people.  I'm going to give away the new one i just bought and get one of the older indoor cameras and I can tell you this, I will never buy another thing from Google Nest..  Thanks Google !

Hey folks,

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.

However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support. I am more than happy to assist you further with this inquiry if you wish. Please let me know.

Best Regards,

Brad.
